Penrose said…: A retired professor, I worked with both teachers and trainers in the MSIT program (earlier the MS in Training and Learning Technology) from the mid 80's to this past summer and with the undergraduate teacher education program since 1973.. Good to see familiar names and faces and to hear of new directions for MSIT.

How are field observations and field trips conducted for the student who is a full time teacher? Do these experiences occur within the teacher's building or is the teacher expected to take a personal day and visit another school?
